夏裕科技 (Ship to Live) is a tech company in Taipei and San Diego. We do three things for businesses in Taiwan and the US: tech marketing, custom software and AI adoption. We run our own client dashboard and monthly AI checks, take every project to production, and bring in design, content and domain specialists when a project needs them.
Our rule: it has to go live.
“Live” is the last step of any project: in production, where customers use it and where Google and AI can find it. Plenty of projects stall before they get there. That last step is the one we care about most.
So every engagement starts by finding what’s actually in the way, whether that’s a missing integration, an aging system or an unclear plan, and ends with software running on your real data, with logging, permissions and handover docs. You own the code and the accounts.
We rely on systems and process rather than headcount: our own client dashboard, fixed monthly checks, and a review step before anything goes live. One lead owns each project from start to finish, with design, content and domain specialists added as the project needs them.

Since then I’ve maintained and extended a gifting widget used by 40 million people, and built the studio’s two App Store apps, Tally and Tadapop. I completed Johns Hopkins’ Agentic AI certificate in 2026.
