Hi, I'm Yufan.
I'm an independent developer based in San Diego and a UC San Diego grad. What I really love is solving problems — taking something messy or manual and turning it into a tool people actually enjoy using: warm instead of corporate, fast instead of fiddly, then shipped all the way to real people. That's the whole idea behind Ship to Live.
I work end-to-end: design, code, App Store, deploy, and the cross-border bits (in English and Traditional Chinese, across the US and Taiwan). When I'm not building, I'm out surfing, biking, running, snowboarding, or hiking — because the best tools come from people who'd rather be living their life than fighting their software.

What does Yufan Chen do?

Yes. I built and launched two App Store apps (Tally and Tadapop) and a Chrome extension (Daily Log), put three businesses online (Wu Law Group, QY Property, SHX Training), and on product teams I built an EQ assessment taken by over a million people and a gifting widget that serves millions of users.
